| Progresso hearty tomato soup | 1 can |  | cooked chicken | 4 oz, cubed |  | cooked shrimp | 6 oz, bite size |  | cooked brown rice | 3/4 c |  | garlic | 1 T |  | olive oil | 1 T |  | hot sauce | to taste |  | thyme | 1/2 t |  | cumin | 1/2 t |  | cayenne | 1/2 t |  | ground clove | pinch |  
 | Makes 2 servings.  Each serving is 4 blocks each of protein, fat and carbohydrate.Prepare rice, chicken and shrimp...for a quick meal I use Success Rice, Perdue Short Cuts and Cocktail Shrimp
In bottom of soup pan, saute garlic in olive oil until slightly brown
Add tomato soup, hot sauce and spices
Heat through
Add rice, chicken and shrimp
Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently and adjusting spices to your taste
